Moroccan Cooking Class with the Riad Chef
Tagine, couscous and pastilla — straight from our kitchen.

Our cooking class is not a show: it is a real cooking session in the riad's kitchen, with our chef as your teacher. By the end of three hours, you are eating what you cooked.
The session starts with a walk to the souk to pick spices and vegetables, then returns to the riad kitchen. The menu is chosen together with the chef the day before — usually a traditional tagine (chicken-lemon-olive, lamb-prune, or vegetable), a vegetable starter (zaalouk, taktouka, or carrot salad), and a sweet (orange-flower fruit salad or a quick m'hencha). The class is hands-on, friendly, and slow. You leave with handwritten recipes and the confidence to cook Morocco at home. Up to 4 people. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and kosher variants available.
