A kindred spirit to the Meknes room, but elevated — in every sense. Sitting on the first floor, the Ourika looks down from the gallery onto the riad's central courtyard: the orange tree, the fountain, the shifting light beneath the open sky. Tadelakt-clad walls bring the same earthy warmth and centuries-old craft as its ground-floor counterpart, while the upstairs position fills the room with generous natural light and a quiet sense of elevation. A king bed or two individual beds, an elegant dresser with mirror, a relaxation corner and a private bathroom complete the picture.
Location & access
The Ourika room is on the first floor, accessed via the central staircase. It opens onto the riad's gallery and looks down over the courtyard — the orange tree, the fountain, the open sky above. The medina's landmarks are a short walk: Jemaa el-Fna 5–7 minutes, Koutoubia Mosque about 12 minutes.
Ideal for
Travellers who want elevation, light and air. The first-floor position fills the room with natural daylight and gives it a calmer, more contemplative atmosphere. King bed or twin beds available on request — well suited to couples, friends or a parent travelling with an adult child.
