Booking terms & cancellation policy
These conditions apply to direct reservations made on www.riaddarino.com. Bookings via Booking.com or Airbnb follow each platform's own policy.
Booking & confirmation
You book in real time on the site: choose your room and dates and receive instant confirmation once payment is completed. Payment is secured online by card via Stripe — either a 50% deposit or 100% upfront with a 5% discount. Bank transfer is also available; the dates are then held for 24 hours pending receipt. Any remaining balance is settled at the riad.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival. Within 15 days of arrival, the reservation is non-refundable and the full stay amount is due. For deposit bookings, the outstanding balance may be charged to the payment card provided, in line with the terms accepted at booking.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 12:00 (noon). Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request, subject to availability.
Prices & tourist tax
Room rates are per room, per night, in euros, and may vary by season. A tourist and city tax of €2.50 per adult per night applies (children under 12 exempt). On direct bookings of 3 nights or more, this tax is offered.
Airport transfer
An optional private transfer from Marrakech-Menara airport is available: €20 one-way, €35 round-trip. A flight number and time are required so the driver can track the flight in real time and adapt to any change. From 3 nights, the round-trip transfer is offered on direct bookings.
Pocket WiFi option
An optional outdoor pocket WiFi router is available at €4 per day of stay, capped at €15 per reservation (a flat €15 for a full-riad privatisation). There is no deposit; in case of loss or damage, a €20 fee may be charged to the payment card, as consented to at booking.
Direct-booking perks
On direct bookings of 3 nights or more, the tourist tax and a round-trip airport transfer are offered — an exclusive of booking directly with the riad.
