Our concierge service runs continuously throughout your stay. Airport transfers (via our trusted partner getme.ma — flat rate, no surprise), restaurant recommendations and reservations, hammam booking, day trip coordination, taxi calls, small medical needs, last-minute requests of any kind. We answer in person on WhatsApp during the day, and a member of staff is always on site at night. There is no extra charge — it is simply how a riad should be run.
